“They (Laserta) have not fulfilled their obligations, not even partially. We won in court and started enforcement proceedings to recover the money, but so far without result. We wrote an appeal to the Ministry of Finance, although we understand it is unlikely to help. There have been no explanations or payment dates from Laserta either. As for the Ministry of Finance, I am not sure it acted only because of the problems with us; other creditors have also gone to court. I think it is the combination.
